Terms, in plain language.

1. What you are buying

Hormachuelos is a Windows app that turns what you type into working software on your own PC. A plan is a monthly subscription to the app plus the AI usage that powers it. Every plan includes every feature; the plans differ only in how much AI usage you get.

2. Your account

You sign up with an email address. That address is your account: keep it and its password safe, because whoever has them can use your plan. One account is for one person — sharing it, reselling access, or running many people through one login is not what a plan is.

3. Paying

Plans are paid in Philippine pesos through GCash (scan the QR) or PayPal. After paying, upload the receipt on the payment page. A plan is switched on by hand, normally within five minutes, and the app shows the change the next time it refreshes its usage.

A month runs 30 days from the moment your plan is switched on — not from the day you paid — so a payment waiting to be confirmed never eats into the month you bought. Renewal is a new payment; plans do not renew on their own and no card is kept on file.

4. Free months

The website does not offer a free month. Hormachuelos may grant one to an account directly, at its own choice — for example as a promotion or to make up for a problem. A granted free month lasts 30 days, after which the app keeps working only on a paid plan. Each account can have one free month, once, ever.

5. Cancelling, refunds and overpayments

• Cancel anytime. Nothing more to do: a cancelled plan simply stops offering a next month.
• A month you paid for keeps working to its last day, including the day you cancel.
• Never activated is never charged. If a payment cannot be confirmed, that month is extended or refunded in full.
• A used month is not refunded. The AI usage in it was delivered and cannot be taken back.
• Paid twice? It comes back. Duplicate or excess payments are returned through the same channel they arrived on.

6. Usage, and how it is counted

Each plan carries a weekly allowance of AI usage, measured in model tokens. Every plan gives twice the usage the same work would cost at the official price of the models it runs on, and peak hours count double — exactly the way the providers themselves bill them. The meter inside the app is the record; it updates as you work.

The allowance is for one person's own work. Using the app to serve a crowd, to build a competing paid service on top of it, or to run automated jobs around the clock is outside what a plan covers — that is what the higher tiers are for.

7. Your work is yours

Everything the app makes — files, code, drawings, videos — belongs to you, and it stays on your PC. Nothing you build is uploaded anywhere, and nothing of it is used to train anyone's model. What you do with your work is your business and your responsibility.

8. What the app is not responsible for

It is an assistant, not a promise. It can be wrong: a fact, a line of code, a calculation, a legal or medical answer. Check anything that matters before you rely on it, spend money on it, or send it to someone else. It is also not responsible for what you build with it — anything illegal, harmful, or that breaks someone else's rules is on the person who asked for it.

The app works on your own machine and over your own internet connection; outages there are not ours. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Philippine law.

9. When access can end

For payment fraud, an account shared across many people, or using the app for something illegal, access may be suspended. Where there is time to say so first, you will be told first, and the part of a month you paid for but could not use comes back.

10. Changes

Features, prices and allowances can change — that is what building software looks like. This page is the record of the rules in force, and anything that changes what you pay or what you get is announced on the site or in the app before it starts.
