How we check: every minute, a robot tries each part the same way the app does. A day turns yellow or red only when some of those tries failed.
Everything is green, but it's not working for me?
Then the problem is probably on your side. Try these, in order:
- Check your internet. Open any other website. If it doesn't load, your connection is down.
- Close Hormachuelos and open it again. This fixes most stuck messages.
- Send your message again. If a reply stopped halfway, sending it again is safe.
- Still stuck? Use Send feedback inside the app, or contact support. Tell us what you clicked and what you saw.
